W~EREAS, the maintenance superintendent of the City of Portsalou~b has been here on several occasions at the request of J.Paul Wright, and Mr. Wright has also called the attention of Mr. Vass, City ~anager, to the condition of the Juvenile hearing room. WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the City of Portsmouth renew the floor and WHEREAS, a possible solution could be go disconnect the lavatory in the men's room from the jail sewer line and run a separate line to the street from the men's'lavatory.
