<br />Justice for a four year term beginning September 1st, 1954."

<br /> Motion of NLr. Howard to go into the election of a Civil and Police Justice and
<br />Judge~ of Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, was adopted.
<br />
<br /> NLr. Howard nominated W. H. W. Cassell for Civil and Police Justice and Judge of
<br />the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
<br />
<br />Motion of Mr. Smith that nominations be closed, was adopted.
<br />
<br />· Vote being taken, Judge Cassell was elected for a four year term beginning Septem-

<br />her 1st, 1954.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Grimes to refer back.to the Game Warden for a certification to the

<br />"It being necessary to issue bonds for new sewers ~n the amount of $550,000.00, for Highway
<br />Improvements in the amount of $250,000.00, for Street Improvements in the amount of
<br />$42,000.00, for Sidewalk Matching funds in the amount of $8~000.00, I submit the attached
<br />ordinance and reeommend that it be placed on first reading."
