<br />OF SCHOOL BONDS PROVIDED IN THE ORDINANCE ADOPTED BY TBE CITY COUNCIL ON
<br />AUGUST 10th, 1954, AND FIXING THE RATE OF INTEREST FOR SAID BONDS~
