Lawrence, who spoke requesting relief from <br />payment of rental for the stadium for the Professional baseball club.' <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Smith to suspend the rules to hear fram anyone interested, was adopted. <br /> <br /> The fellewingpeople spoke against relieving Mr. Lawrence of payment ~f rental for the <br />Portsmouth Stadium: <br /> <br /> Jas. G.H. Mitchell, Joseph Portion, Mrs. B. W. Baker an~P. E. Wnykosky. <br /> <br /> 55-76 - Motiem of ~r.
