April 26th, I955. At a c~ll~d meeting of the City Council, held on April 25th, 1955, there were present: Fred A. Duke, Bo ~.Baker, Frank N. Bilisely, Jr., James N. Howard, E. W. Lawrence, Eo R. Stur~evant, C. E.. ~arren, I. Go Vass, City Manager, and R.C. Barclay~ Cily Attorney.
