It is the unanimous recommendation of the ~ ~lann~ing Commission that the entire
area described above l~e placed in the 'E-'' .Transitional District. The area in the
vicinity of Rodmau AVe. between Brighton and Henry Ste. has been the £eeus o~
several controversial rezoning applications within the past two years. The problem
is to stabilize the area and establish s zoning pattern that will ~fford protection
to the residential district from further business encroachment. The Pla~ning Commission
believes that the most satis£ac~ory solution is the 'E-1~ Transitional District as
herein recommended.
