And in addition, require the City Manager in filling city positions to <br />exhaust ail possibilities to obtain local citizens prior to considering applications <br />from non-residents. <br /> <br />That Council hold frequent public meetings on these and other importan~ matters of <br />public interest in order to acquaint the citizens with what is being conszdered <br />and to obtain expression of the citizens thoughts Mud feelings in such matters. <br />Keep the citizens fully advised as ~o public'business, by so doing it will be much <br />easier ~o obtain their support of all worthwhile projects." <br /> <br />M.
