'I recommend no parking on Glasgow St. between First Ave. and Halifax St.' <br /> <br /> Clyde W. Cooper, representing Aubrey Sweet, Sr.~ spoke, requesting parking be allowed on <br />Glasgow St., west of Western Branch Road. <br /> <br />2. 'I recommend nu parking on the north side of North St. between Middle and Green Sts.' <br /> <br />No one spoke relative to this recommendation. <br /> <br />3. 'I recommend no parking on Queen St. between Kirn and Hamilton Avenues.' <br /> <br /> Rev. A.Davis Owens and W.H. Smith, representing Providence A.M.E. Zion Church, spoke, <br />opposing the no-parking,on Queen St. <br /> <br />4. 'I recommend that 6th Ave. be made one-way south between High and County Sts.' <br /> <br />Harold Parker spoke opposing this. <br /> <br />Ave. and Broad St. <br /> <br />5. 'I recommend that Western Brm~ch Road be made one-way northwesterly between Chautauqua <br /> <br />Lee A, Mason spoke opposing this. <br /> <br />The following people spoke opposing County St. being a one-way Etreet: <br /> <br />B.L.
