Goldman and presented the following letter <br />from Dr. Grnver L. <br /> <br /> "This is to advise that I, Grover L. Moore, M.D., a practicing physician in the City <br />of Portsmouth, have agreed ~o purchase from Mr. N.E. Goldman, the property located at the southeast corner of <br />Rodman Ave. and King St., consisting of three lots, fronting 90 feet on King St., and extending south along <br />Rodmsn Ave., a distance of 108½ feet. This agreement is subject '~o the property being rezoned to Transitional <br />E-1. <br /> If the Council approves the~request for rezoning, I am prepared, and will, without <br />delay, proceed with my .plan for the property, which are as follows: <br /> <br />Construct a modern, attractive one-story masonry office building <br />approximately 30 feet in width by 40 feet in length. This portion <br />to be for my personal use. In addition, a wing, making the building <br />L shaped, approximately 20 feet by 24 feet. This portion to be used <br />as a dental office by my son-in-law. <br /> <br /> <br />
