Helen Person, 1314 Green Street, expressed concern that the EPA has <br /> not responded to a request to remove the dumpster from the Effingham <br /> Street playground and that there is an odor from the pump-house on <br /> Race Street; and, commented on the proposed relocation of the Police <br /> Department. <br /> <br />2. Raleigh Harsley, 2124 Peach Street, President, Lee Ward Civic League, <br /> spoke on various concerns the Lee Ward area. <br /> <br />On motion, the meeting adjourned at 8:47 p.m. <br /> <br />Minutes prepared by: <br /> <br />Debbie K.
