Timothy Oksman <br /> <br />97- 294 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a Special Called Meeting of the City Council to be held in <br />the Partnership Conference Room, Central Fidelity Bank Building, 200 High <br />Street, 3rd Floor, 8:00 a.m., Saturday, November 8, 1997, for the purpose of a <br />joint retreat with the School Board. <br /> <br />In addition, you may consider a motion to go into an Executive Session. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />97-295 - The following item was discussed during Public Work Session: <br /> <br />1. Joint Retreat with the School Board. <br /> <br />In attendance from the School Board were: <br /> <br />Chairman Dr. David I. Joyner, Vice Chairman Ray A.
