57 . November 28, 2001 At a Called Meeting of the City Council on Wednesday, November 28, 2001 there were present: Mayor James W. HolleY Ill, *Vice Mayor Bernard D. Griffin, Sr., Cameron C. Pitts *P. Ward Robinett, Jr., William E. Moody, Jr., J. Thomas Benn Ill, Charles B. Whitehurst, Sr. Appointees present: Daniel M. Stuck, City Manager William E. Froehlich, City Assessor G. Timothy Oksman, City Attorney Debra Y. White, City Clerk 01 - 334 - The following call for the meeting was read: "Please attend a Called Meet ng of the City Council to be held in the City Manager's Conference Room, 801 Crawford Street, 6th floor, 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 28, 2001 for the purpose appointee evaluations. By order of the Mayor." 01 - 335 - Motion by Mr. Whitehurst, and seconded by Mr. Pitts, to go into Closed Meeting pursuant to provisions of Section 2.2-3711(A)(3) of the Code of Virginia, to discuss or consider the following: personnel matters, as authorized by paragraph 1. The motion was adopted by unanimous vote. Motion by Mr. Griffin, and seconded by Mr. Whitehurst, pursuant to Section 2.2-3712 of the Code of Virginia, certifying that to the best of the Council Member's knowledge during the immediately preceding Closed Meeting of the City Council: 1. Only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements by the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and Only such public business matters as were identified in the motion by which the Closed Meeting was convened, were heard, ciiscussed or considered in the meeting by the City Council.
