Timothy Oksman <br /> <br />97- 304 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held in the City <br />Manager's Room, 801 Crawford Street, 6th floor, 5:30 p.m., Monday, November <br />24, 1997, for the purpose of a public work session. <br /> <br />In addition, you may consider a motion to go into an Executive Session. <br /> <br /> By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />97- 305 - The following item was discussed during Public Work Session: <br /> <br />1. Overview of the City's Legislative Proposals. <br /> <br />In attendance were: <br /> <br />Senator L. Louise Lucas, Senator Frederick M.
