Bartlett% W.R Breedlovg~.R. B. Seward, R. Irvine Smith, <br />George R~ Walker, H. E. W~iseman,~ A~P..Johnson,jr~, City Manager, and <br />J. S. Livesay, Jr., City ~ttorney. <br /> <br />Motion of Nr. Bartlett that the Council go into special session, was adopted, and by <br /> <br />Ayes: Baker, Bartlett, Breedlove, Seward, Smith, Walker, Weiseman <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> The City Manager presented the following: <br /> <br /> _ 60-162 - "I submit herewith a lea~e between the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company <br />and the City of Portsmouth for the use of Seaboard Warehouse No. 3, to store the twenty school buses obtained <br />from Norfolk County through annexation. <br /> This lease is on a month-to-month basis, cancela~le by thirty days written <br />notice from either party. I recommend that the proper city officials be authorized to gn. <br /> si <br /> Motion of Mr. Weiseman that the recommendation of the Ci~ty Nanager be approved and tha <br />the proper city officials be authorized to sign the lease, was adopted, without dissenting v~o~e. <br /> <br />On motion adjourned. <br /> <br />Approved - <br /> <br />City Clerk, <br /> <br /> <br />
