Young, <br />representing the MacDonald Corporatign. <br /> <br /> ~r. Young spoke regarding ~ec~ion 15 of the contract. <br /> <br /> 'Motion"of M~. 'Barnes to amend, section 15 0f~ the contract. ~o read as follows, was <br /> adopted, without dissenting ,vo~:. <br /> '~Secti6n 15. It is expressly understood and agreed that the Lessor reserves <br /> the right unto himself and its assigns to the free exclusive useand occupancy <br /> of the demised premises, with the e~ception of the general managerm's office and <br /> additional concession area described in Schedule 'A': <br /> <br /> (s) ior the playing of high school football games o~ ~nch Friday night <br /> during the term hereof, or on such other night or nights to which <br /> the same are postponed or reacheduled b~ proper school authorities; <br /> (b) for the playing of high school baseball games at such, t~ues as not <br /> io confli6t with league games scheduled by Lessee; <br /> (c) for the playing of any other non-professional athletic contest, not <br /> to exceed five (5) in rmimber per year, participated in or sponsored <br /> ~ by a high school of the City of Portsmouth, at such times as not to con- <br /> flict with league g~mes scheduled h~ Lessee; and <br /> (d) for the playing of not more than forty (40) Babe Ruth League Baseball <br /> games and the 1961 regional tournament of said league, such games <br /> be scheduled so a~ to no~ confl$~t with games or other events scheduled <br /> by the Lessee, o~ any resckeduling thereof., and the propg~ .maintena~qe <br /> of the playing field. <br /> <br /> At events spe9i~ied ~nder.s~b~paragrgpks (~)', (b) and (c) above, the conces~ <br /> sion rights are also reserved unto. the Lessor and its assigns, At eveats speci- <br /> fied under sub-par~graph (d) above, theLessee shall have the concession rights <br /> '"but shall not sell beer.
