However, it was subsequently discovered that these approved plans did nor <br />meet A single Family Dwelling District dimensional standards ~nich blanketed the <br />arn~exed section. On 'the basis of prel£minary approval, the developer had made <br />many physical improvements in ~this Section of a much larger contemplated subdivi- <br />sion. Moreover, the d~ve~oper stated that all future sections of this subdivision <br />would be revised where necessary ~o meet dimensional requirements of the zoning <br />ordinance. It was ~lso noted that this subdivision will be served by sanitary <br />sewers and is molded around a large church site which lends an atmosphere of <br />spaciousness. This ordinance provides for the assessment of real estate on an annual basis. The first assessment <br />would be effective January 1st, 1963 under- this system. Same - Procgdure for Initial Assessmenm. <br /> The initial aunual property ~ssessment shall be made~l~y dividing:the terrilory <br />of this City into three sectors, as follows: <br /> 1. The firs~ sector shall include all property north of the Seaboard Airline <br />Railroad mainline ~o the southernmost b~undaries of the City. <br /> 2. The second sectgr .shall include all proper~y north of the Seaboard Airline <br />Railroad mainline, ~o, and including the south side of High St.. and the south side of County Road extended. <br /> 3.
