This application was subjected to a public hearing on. January 6th, 1961, and deferred. <br /> The iss~e~involves .density-(in terms of dwelling units per set acre), the existing <br />D zone which permits excessive population density, and the proposed zoning ordinance, which classifies, this area <br />R-75 and establishes s dsfinite control. After .thoraugh consideration of all factors involved, the Planning <br />Commission unanimously resolved Eo recommend C Two Family Dwelling District as s measure to control population <br />density while granting the-a~plicant relief, from ~srms of ASingte Family. <br /> The Planning Commission also resolved unanimously, for specific reasons set forth in <br />its resolution, ~ot to accept any further-rezoning applications until the comprehensive zoning revision under <br />current consideration is ,finalized.
