This will enable us to replace <br />a 1991 Type I ambulance that has become unreliable for full-time service to the <br />citizens of Portsmouth and has been delegated to a reserve capacity. <br /> <br />Finan~: <br /> <br />The portion of the purchase amount that would remain the responsibility of the <br />City was appropriated in the vehicle replacement line of the Fleet Management <br />Budget.
