<br />of these lines. You may adopt the Ordinance that you had submitted for the referendum or another. I would rec-
<br />ommend that whatever Ordinance you should adopt, be effective July 1, 1962, in order that the Water DeparLmenL may
<br />have time 5o prepare 5o take over this service. This would also coincide with the Budge~ year."
