Wheeler, Director, Marketing, Museums and Tourism Robert P. Creecy, Director, Management and Legislative Affairs Matthew James, Director, Economic Development Sheila P. Pittman, Director, Citizen and Community Outreach Regina B. Harrington, Principal Management Analyst Karen B. Ellis, Principal Management Analyst Debbie K. Hebert, Chief Deputy City Clerk 98 - 28 - The following call for the meeting was read: "Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held at the Williamsburg Hospitality House, 415 Richmond Road, Williamsburg, Virginia, on Sunday, February 8, 1998 at 8:15 p.m., on Monday, Fe:b~ua~ry.9:~?99~ ~at a.m., and on Tuesday, February 10, 1998 at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of a City Council Retreat. In addition, you may consider a motion to go into an Executive SesSion. ' By order of the Mayor." The motion was adopted by unanimous vote. 98 - 29 - The following items were discussed during Public Work Session: 1.
