Massie. <br /> <br />98 - 30 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a Special Called Meeting of the City Council to be held <br />in the City Manager's Conference Room, 801-Crawford Street, 6th Floor, <br />Friday, February 20, 1998, for the purpose of a joint meeting with the <br />School Board. <br /> <br /> In addition, you may consider a motion to go into an Executive <br />Session. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />98 - 31 -The following item was discussed in Public Work Session: <br /> <br />Joint Meeting with School Board <br /> <br />In attendance from the School Board were: <br /> <br />Chairman Dr. David I.
