This program would employ approximately 45 <br />youths ~o aid the city in making Portsmouth a cleaner and safer con, unity for its citizens. <br /> <br />It has been requested that we be permitted to present our program to the members of the Council a~ its regularly <br />scheduled meeting on May 28, 1963. <br /> <br />In order that you may be somewhat familiar with the recon~endation as it will be presented, there is attached s <br />general statement of our program. It is requested that you familiarize yourself with the attached in order that <br />you may be in a position ~o bring before our representative, Mr. John D. Landers, any questions concerning <br /> <br /> <br />
