<br />of Lot 43, all as shown en said plat, has been referred to the Planning andZoning Oommission for investigation
<br />and report, and said Commi,ssien has recommended the closing.of the said alley and it appearing that notice of the
<br />application and request, for the ,~Rpoint~en~- of. viewers~was duly posted on the first da? of the term of court of
<br />the Court o£ Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, hold-on the gOth day of June, 1963, on the bulletin
<br />beard of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, st the intersection of said alley and the northern line

<br />view said alley and report ~o this Council in writing whether in their opinion, any, and if any, what inconvenience
