<br />On motion of Mr. Knight, the following ordinance was approved on first reading:

<br />OF PROt~ESSIONAL BASEBALL DURING THE 1964 SEASON WITH OPTIONAL RENEWALS FOR FOUR
<br />ADDITIONA~ SEASONS"

<br />amends the Fire and Police Retirement plan ~o allow additional benefits by providing a pension for widows.
<br /> They would receive an annual allowance of twelve hundred dollars payable monthly if the member at

<br />cost of his contribution from five.per cent' to six per cent.
