<br />The meeting was opened with prayer by Mr. Smith.

<br />reading, without dissenting vote:

<br /> 66-68 - The following letter from the City Manager was read:

<br /> "I submit the attached ordinance and recommend that it be placed on
<br />first reading.
<br /> This ordinance authorizes the condemnation of property necessary for
<br />public buildings. The land is needed for construction of a new city garage and public works building;
<br />the former building having been taken by the Weaver Urban Renewal Project."
