Last
week a new mail box was ripped up and thrown down and several cases of cokes stolen. A number
of school windows at Olive Branch were also broken,
We as citizens of the Olive Branch Community, are very concerned over the disregard
for personal property. How can we hope to be the model city in the United States when we
have a problem of this nature in Portsmouth,
Perhaps a stricter enforcement of the curfew would be a steo in the right
direction. We don't know the answer, but ask your ass~stance in seeking a~solution to this-
increasing problem."

On motion of Mr. Eastes, referred to the City Manager for investigation and report back with
recommendation.

67-194 - Motion of Mr. Barnes that the Council meet in conference with the
Planning Commission relative to the two ordinances regulating service stations, before the next
Council meeting, was adopted.

On motion adjourned.

APPROVED -

President

City Clerk
