The <br />project is authorized in the Capital Improvements Budget. This project will replace the <br />circa 1888 Godwin Street Water Booster Pumping Station and water storage tanks built <br />in 1916 and 1942. <br /> <br />· Four properties need to be acquired from private property owners in order to <br />assemble the site for the construction of the Frederick Boulevard Water <br />Pumping Station and Water Storage Facility. <br /> <br />Booster <br /> <br />· The City will attempt to negotiate purchase of the properties from the property <br />owners utilizing the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority (PRHA) as its <br />agent. <br /> <br /> <br />
