"At a called meeting on November 11, 1969 of the Executive Board of the Cradock Rroperty O~ners'
Association, the following problems were discussed and are offered to you for consideration and action:

Because of mn increase in traffic conditions, G~anning Avenue, l~.¢in Street, mad Harris Road requir~
widening and curds. Also, the drainage system is so poor that after a medium amount of rain, water
stands so high in the ditches that boards are reguired for children to cros'.s in that area.

With the building progr~-m of the Cradock Baptist Qnerch to begin after January 1, 1970, the
additional space furnished by drainage mad widening of Fmrris Road would enhance the area.

In general such streets as Nimholson Street ~nd Gillis Road, as examples, need to be widened
and curbs and guttering installed.

Most of the streets in the ~radock area has hi~] crowns whi~a make it nearly impossible to
open car doors after parking.
