<br />to sign. This agreement authorizes the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company~to install
<br />underground cable on Effingham Street to serve the'new Public Hez~h Center being constructe~
<br />at Effingham Street and Crawford Parkway."

<br />Therefore, by councilmatic action, it is necessary to rebate the owner the following:
