Wayne Williams, 1136 Melvin Drive <br /> <br /> spoke concerning the easement fronting his <br /> property and various drainage problems. <br /> <br />2. Helen Person, 1314 Green Street, expressed her dissatisfaction with the proposed <br />temporary relocation facilities proposed for the residents of Washington Park. <br /> <br />3. Sabrina Vinson, 1439 Green Street, expressed her dissatisfaction with the <br /> proposed temporary relocation facilities proposed for the residents of Washington <br /> Park. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Moody, and seconded by Mr. Whitehurst, to allow Mr. Bazemore <br />five additional minutes to speak, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />4.
