That ~he use for which the use permit hereinafter described is sought (1) will not <br />adversely affect the health or safety of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of <br />the proposed use, (2) will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property <br />improvements in[the neighborhood, and (3) will be in accord with the purposes of said Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br /> B. That Virginia Electric & Power Company is <br />plan restrictions, prusuant to Section 4-2 of said <br />electric distribution station located on property <br /> <br />hereby granted a use permit subject to site <br />Zoning Ordinance for the operation of an <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the eastern right of way line of LaSalle Avenue 262 feet, <br />more or less northerly from the intersection of Duke Street and LaSalle Avenue; <br />thence running northerly along said eastern right of way line 92 feet, mere or less, <br />to a point; thence running easterly 100 feet, more or less to a point; thence run- <br />ning southerly 92 feet, more or less to a point; thence running westerly 100 feet, <br />more or less to the point of beginning." <br /> <br />** "WHEREAS, D. & R.
