January 12, 1999 <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />The property shall comply with the 10% tree canopy requirements of <br />Section 36-52 and Table 36.1 of the City Code. <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />The facility shall submit to all required inspections by the Fire <br />Department, the Public Health Department and the Building Official and <br />shall correct any noted deficiencies. <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />The project shall be developed in accordance with the submitted floor <br />plans and elevations, identified as Exhibit A, and the submitted site <br />plan, identified as Exhibit B, copies of which are attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof. <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />The facility shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local <br />governments, and shall obtain and shall maintain in effect all necessary <br />licenses and permits. <br /> <br />(J) <br /> <br />All taxes and fees on the subject property and the operation shall be <br />paid when due. <br /> <br /> 4.
