January 12, 1999 (f) The property shall comply with the 10% tree canopy requirements of Section 36-52 and Table 36.1 of the City Code. (g) The facility shall submit to all required inspections by the Fire Department, the Public Health Department and the Building Official and shall correct any noted deficiencies. (h) The project shall be developed in accordance with the submitted floor plans and elevations, identified as Exhibit A, and the submitted site plan, identified as Exhibit B, copies of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof. (i) The facility shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local governments, and shall obtain and shall maintain in effect all necessary licenses and permits. (J) All taxes and fees on the subject property and the operation shall be paid when due. 4. Parcel 2 Beginning at the southwestern intersection of Apple Street and South Street thence south approximately 117 feet along the western right-of-way line of Apple Street to a point; thence southwest approximately 15 feet to a point; thence west approximately 70 feet to a point; thence southwest approximately 25 feet to a point; thence west approximately 105 feet to a point; thence southwest approximately 35 feet to a point; thence north approximately 92 feet along the eastern right-of-way line of Pines Crescent to a point; thence east approximately 240 feet along the southern right-of-way line of South Street to the point of beginning.
