<br /> "We are writing in an effort to improve bus service in the NorMolk Naval Shipxard. The
<br />Ccmmunity Motor Bus Company operates buses on the waterfront in the evening but employees
<br />must walk in the Shipyard in thc morhing. With bad weather soon to arrive, we feel employeea
<br />should be provided the same bus service to the waterfront in the morning as in the evening.
