R-69). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority approved on September <br />5, 1972, a Conservation and Redevelopment Plan for the Mount Hermon Conservation and Re- <br />development Project, Va. R-69, and on the same date authorized the execution of a Cooperatio: <br />Agreement between the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority and the City of Ports- <br />mouth for said Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has likewise approved the Conservation and Redevelopment Plan <br />for the Mount Hermon Conservation and Redevelopment Project, Va. R-69; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Portsmouth to <br />make certain improvements or pay certain monies to satisfy <br />men~ to said Project; and <br /> <br />make assurances that it will <br />its local grant-in-aid require- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Cooperation Agreement, evidencing agreement between the Portsmouth Redevelop <br />ment and Housing Authority and the City of Portsmouth, has been prepared which sets forth <br />the City's financial responsibilities in the undertaking of said Project. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cooperation Agreement for the Mount Hermon <br />Conservation and Redevelopment Project, Va.
