Hagemeister, Assistant City <br />Attorney. <br />Absent: James W. Holley <br />Prayer was offered by Councilman King. <br /> <br />Mayor Barnes e~enRed a word of welcome to visitors in attendance. <br /> <br />73-45 Public Hearing on rezoning applications was held: <br /> <br />Zoning Petition Z 72-43 Petition of Walter H. Riddick <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Johnson and seconded by Mr. Early the petition be referred to the meeting <br />of February 27, 1973, and the City Clerk obtain from the Housing Authority information re- <br />garding the time schedule of taking of the property, was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Early, Johnson, King, Smith, Wentz, Barnes <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Zoning Petition Z 72-49 Application of the Portsmouth City Council <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Johnson and seconded by Mr. Smith, due to discrepancy in th~ advertising, <br />that a'resolution be adopted to hold a public hearing on February 27, 1973, at 7:30 P.M., <br />regular City Council meeting, regarding the petition as appears on the agenda pertaining to <br />Williams Court on rezoning, was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Early, Johnson, King, Smith, Wentz, Barnes <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />* oral <br /> <br />Zo~%n~Petition Z 72-50 Petition of Pink Smith <br /> <br />Mr. Robert A.
