<br />I would appreciate it if I could be placed on the agenda to speak briefly on behalf of
<br />this group and would like to pre~ent to Couuncil at this meeting a petition signed by
<br />approximately 85 landowners of Old Towne opposing the expansion of the Flynn Home.
