<br /> of Chiefs of Police, Police Intelligence Management Seminar to be held
<br /> in Charlotte, North Carolina. The intelligence squad concept is new
<br /> to Portsmouth and it is felt that members of the squad could benefit
<br /> from this seminar and enable them to perform their functions in the
<br /> Police Department in a more efficient manner.

<br /> of the Portsmouth General District Court through attendance of the 5th
<br /> Annual Conference of the National Association of Court Administrators."

<br />the City is required to pay an additional $23,950 to the Portsmouth Ambulance Service
<br />for operational costs during that 12-month period."
