<br /> On motion of Mr. Holley and seconded by Mr. Early, the following resolution was
<br />adopted, and by the following vote:

<br />"A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT FOR THE OPERATION OF A DAY CARE CENTER
<br />ON'BAGLBY STREET BETWEEN KILLIAN AVENUE AND ~OX STREET (UP-73-6).
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, Mrs.
<br />Section 4-2 of the
<br />of a use permit as
<br />
<br />Philgrador D. Duke, Administrator, has made application pursuant to
<br />Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, 1972, for the granting
<br />hereinafter described; and
<br />
<br /> ~EREAS, the applicant and the Planning Director have accomplished all transactions
<br />required to be completed in connection with said application; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application for such use permit
<br />and recommended favorable disposition.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia:
<br />

<br />Street.approximately 75 feet to a side property line; thence westerly
<br />approximately 160 feet to a rear property line; thence northwest approximately
<br />20 feet; thence north approximately 45 feet; thence easterly approximately
<br />147 feet to Bagley Street, the point of origin."

<br />THE HISTORIC DISTRICT."
