William, Assistant City Manager for Finance & Staff Services, <br />H. M. Myers, Jr., Assistant City Manager for Operations, D. R. Hagemeister, <br />Acting City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Meeting ¢~lled to order by D. R. Hagemeister, Acting City Attorney, who presided <br />as Chairman. <br /> <br /> The meeting was opened with prayer by Mr. R. <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />The following call for the meeting was road: <br /> <br />D. Oast, Jr. nominated Richard J. D~is. <br />Jack P. Barnes nominated E. Saunders Early, Jr. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Wentz and seconded by Mr. Barnes, nominations were closed, and was <br />adeptad~by~nn~nimous vote. <br /> <br />Votes as recorded: <br /> <br />Richard J. Davis - 6 <br />E. Saunders Early, Jr. - 1 <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. <br />as Mayor, was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Early that a unanimous <br /> <br />ballot for Mr. Davis <br /> <br />The Chairman called for nominations ~or Vice Mayor. <br /> <br />Jack P.
