<br />At a regular meeting of the C$~y Council, held on June 24, 1975, there were present:

<br />Richard J. Davis, Jack P. Barnes, E. Saunders Early, Jr., Archie El~iott, Jr.,
<br />James W. Holley, Edward L. Oast, Jr., Robert W. Wentz, Jr., R. T. Williams,
<br />City Manager, H. M. Myers, Jr., Assistant City Manager, Gordon B. Tayloe, Jr.,
<br />City Attorney.

<br /> The Rev. O. W. Zirkle, Pastor, Holy Communion Lutheran Church, opened the meeting with
<br />prayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />
<br />Mayor Davis welcomed all visitors in attendance.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Wentz and seconded by Mr. Early, the minutes
<br />of June 9, 1975, and minutes of the regular meeting of June 10,

<br /> Mayor Davis welcomed Mr. & Mrs. Tom Frewen, visitors from the City of Du~edin, New Zealan.
<br />to our city, and presented them with a "Merrimac" pin and tie eAasp.
