The lease also requires that the hospital maintain the <br />fence surrounding the City's water tower which is located within the lease premises and <br />permits the City perpetual easement of ingress and egress to the water tower. The amount <br />of the lease shall be $336 per year or $3,360 fgr the 10-year period. The City Manager <br />recommends adoption." <br /> <br /> ~ayor Davis relinquished the Chair and~asked Vice=Mayor Wentz to preside at this time <br />on the item presented. <br /> <br /> On motion o£ Mr. Barnes and secondsd by Mr. Elliott, the following resolution was <br />adopted, and by the following vote: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT OF <br />LEASE WITH MARYVIEW HOSPITAL CORPORATION FOR RENTAL OF VACANT LAND ADJACENT <br />TO THE CITY OF PORTSM~JUTH'S WATER TOWER ADJACENT TO MARYVIEW HOSPITAL. <br /> <br /> <br />
