<br /> Maryview Hospital has agreed to lease subject property for a period of 10 years with
<br />a right of renewal for 10 year, and also agreed that the property shall be used solely as a
<br />parking lot for hospital purposes. The lease also requires that the hospital maintain the
<br />fence surrounding the City's water tower which is located within the lease premises and
<br />permits the City perpetual easement of ingress and egress to the water tower. The amount
<br />of the lease shall be $336 per year or $3,360 fgr the 10-year period. The City Manager
<br />recommends adoption."

<br />TO THE CITY OF PORTSM~JUTH'S WATER TOWER ADJACENT TO MARYVIEW HOSPITAL.
