Saunders Early, Jr., Archie Elliott, Jr., James W. Holley, <br />Edward L. Oast, Jr., Robert W. Wentz, Jr., R. T. Williams, Jr., City Manager, <br />James T. Martin, Assistant City Attorney. <br /> <br />Absent: Richard J. Davis <br /> <br />of <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Robert W. Wentz, Jr., presided in the absence of Mayor Richard J. D%vis~. <br /> <br /> 75-529 - Public Hearing on rezonin~ applications and pr-oposed amendment to Chapter V~ <br />the Zoning Ordinance was held: · <br /> <br />on <br /> <br /> Zoning Petition Z 75-15 Petition of J% L. and P. Zorporation <br /> <br /> James W. Jones, Attorney, spoke for the petitioner. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. Barnes, the following ordinance was approved <br />first reading, and by the following vote: <br /> <br /> "ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z 75-15" <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Early, Elliott, Holley, Oast, Wentz <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> Zoning Petition Z 75-16 Petition of Lee B. Duke and Mrs. Hope J. Duke <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. Barnes, the following o~dinance was approved <br />on first reading, and by the following vote: <br /> <br /> ~ZONING AFtENDMENT ORDINANCE Z 75-16" <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Early, Elliott, Holley, Oast, Wentz <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />~mendment to Zoning Ordinance:- <br /> <br />Section 40-95.
