<br />Vice Mayor Robert W. Wentz, Jr., presided in the absence of Mayor Richard J. Davis.

<br /> 76-133 Public Hearing on rezoning petitions, use permit application and proposed
<br />amendment to the City Comprehensive Plan was held:

<br /> George C. & Dorothy M. Norris
<br />
<br /> Attorney L. Cleaves Manning spoke and requested the petition be deferred to the meeting
<br />of April 27, 1976.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Elliott and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to concur in the request of Mr. Mannin
<br />was adopted by the following vote:
