Martin, Assistant City Attorney. <br /> <br />Absent: ~&ch~ J~-Da¥l~; Edw~r~:Lg O~st, Jr. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Robert W. Wentz, Jr., presided in the absence of Mayor Richard J. Davis. <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Wentz welcomed all visitors in attendance and the Pledge of Allegiance to <br />the Flag was recited. <br /> <br /> 76-133 Public Hearing on rezoning petitions, use permit application and proposed <br />amendment to the City Comprehensive Plan was held: <br /> <br />Zoning Petition Z 76-8 - Petition of Frank H., Jr. & Claud W. Miller and <br /> George C. & Dorothy M. Norris <br /> <br /> Attorney L. Cleaves Manning spoke and requested the petition be deferred to the meeting <br />of April 27, 1976. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Elliott and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to concur in the request of Mr. Mannin <br />was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Early, Elliott, Holley, Wentz <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Zoning Petition Z 76-9 Petition of Fagan Corporation <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. Elliott, the following ordinance was approved <br />on first reading, and by the following vote: <br /> <br />"ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z 76-9' <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Early, Elliott, Holley, Wentz <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Zoning Petition Z 76-10 <br /> <br />Petition of Planning Director J.
