October 11, 1976 <br /> <br />(i) PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 40-71 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE: PROVISIONS <br /> FOR CERTAIN M-1 TYPE USES IN THE COMMERCIAL C-2 DISTRICT UNDER USE PERMIT PROVISION. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to concur in the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission, and to be approved on first reading, was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />(j) CP 76-4A - CITY OF PORTSMOUTH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ELEMENT DEALING WITH EXTENSION <br /> OF THE HARBOR DRIVE FREEWAY FROM LONDON BOULEVARD TO INTERSTATE 264. <br /> <br /> Motion or.Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Oast, to be appr~ove~and refegred to the City <br />Atto~rne~for dra{t~ng, if~e,¢ess'ar¥,¥~opt~d, by ~nanimou-~..~ote. <br /> <br />(k) Zoning Petition Z ~6z16 ~ Petition of Holy Light Church of Deliverance, by Dan E. <br /> Griffin, Architect. <br /> <br />Dan E.
