<br /> Robert E. Wingfield, 1805 Dockwood Trail, Chesapeake, spoke for the petition.

<br /> On motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. Oast, the following ordinance was approved
<br />on first reading, and by unanimous vote:

<br />of the Planning Commission of the amendment, to be approved on first reading, and was adopted
<br />by unanimous vote.

<br />Planning Commission of the amendment, to be approved on first reading, and was adopted by
<br />unanimous vote.
