Roberts Court, spoke regarding noise problem <br />created by large trucks serving the Big Star Store adjacent to his property; requesting that <br />the Big Star be directed to correct the problem. <br /> <br /> 77-369 - Ms. Mary Wisnewski, 105 S. Ansell Avenue, spoke regarding condition of property <br />behind the Big Star presented photos of trash and debris. <br /> <br />The City Manager to look into the matter. <br /> <br /> 77-370 - Motion of Mr..Wentz and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to go into the election of <br />member to the Boards/Commissions, and was adopted by unanimous vote: <br /> <br />Mr. Wentz nominated the following: <br /> <br />Board of Architectural Review <br /> <br /> Mrs. Elizabeth S. Kneas for an unexpired term, replacing Ri'chard B.
