<br />created by large trucks serving the Big Star Store adjacent to his property; requesting that
<br />the Big Star be directed to correct the problem.

<br /> 77-369 - Ms. Mary Wisnewski, 105 S. Ansell Avenue, spoke regarding condition of property
<br />behind the Big Star presented photos of trash and debris.

<br /> 77-371 - Motion of Mr. Wen%z and seconded by Mr. Barnes, that the granting of a variance
<br />by the Board of Zoning Appeals to permit the establishment to pay for blood ope%agion is
<br />not in the best interest of the City and that the City Attorney be instructed to Convey that
<br />sentiment to the Board of Zoning Appeals prior to their consideration of a request for a
<br />variance, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
