<br />

<br /> On motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Holley, to concur in the recommendation
<br />of the Planning Commission: the following ordinance was approved on first reading, and by

<br />
<br />Petition of Towne Point Road Investors, by Benjamin J.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Oast and seconded by Mr. Early to concur in the
<br />Planning Commission, petition to be denied and to be referred back
<br />to study the uses permitted in C-1 and C-2, and was adopted by the

<br />recommendation of the
