<br />At a regular meeting of the City Council held on March 14, 1978, there were present:

<br /> Rev. Clifton C. Blythe, Jr., Pastor, St. Andrews United Methodist Church, opened the
<br />meeting with prayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />
<br />Mayor Davis welcomed all visitors in attendance.

<br />~:~ing meet~ing of the Planning Commission on January 3, 1978 and any up-date material the

<br /> R. Stuart Baldwin, representative of the Associates'Churchland Investors, Inc., stated
<br />Joseph Preziotti, Jr., Chief Planner of Baldwin 8 Gregg, would make their presentation;

<br /> Motion of Mr. Wentz and seconded by Mr. Oast, that the City Council require the City
<br />Manager by all legal means at his disposal to have the area around Southampton Subdivision
<br />cleaned up and maintained i~ an acceptable condition, including the mud and dirt strewn into
<br />Rivershore Road at the entrance to the burrow pit, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
