Certified copies of the City Code are obtained by the Assistant City Attorney <br /> from the City Clerk for the specific Code violation. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />The trial is conducted in the General District Court (Criminal Division), and <br />upon conviction, the property owner or occupant is advised that if compliance <br />is not made he will be reprosecuted. <br /> <br />1S. Quite often, District Court convictions are appealed by the defendant to the <br /> Circuit Court which require that steps 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 be repeated. <br /> <br />16. Reinspection is made by the investigator after a reasonable period of time to <br /> see if the violation still exist.~ <br /> <br />17. Porter, III to be appointed for an unexpired term, ending July 1, 1979, replacing <br />Dr. Katherine L. Kersey; MS. Lula H.
