Tayloe, Jr., City Attorney. <br /> <br />present: <br /> <br />78-116 - Public Hearing on rezoning applications and a possible-amendment to the <br /> Zoning Ordinance: <br /> <br />on <br /> <br /> (a) Zoning Petition Z ~8-~ - Petition of John Knox, Owner <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Early, the following <br />first reading, and by unanimous vote: <br /> <br />ordinance was approved <br /> <br />"ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z 78-8' <br /> <br />(b) Zoning Petition Z 78-9 <br /> <br />Petition of Robert J. Woods, Jr., Option Holder, by <br />Agent Carl J.
